Working out is very important in life because if you workout you’ll live longer and healthier. Taking care of yourself is the first step to living a long healthy life, which is something that everyone should aspire for. At the moment West Virginia has the highest rate of obesity, a rate of 37.7%. It’s very high! It’s sad that people are suffering from this and it’s causing an absurd mortality rate.

In the 21st century cars are the modern way of transportation when before someone would just walk to their destination. Since the mid 20th century, people do less walking because cars and buses for the reason of technology. This is why you should make a change and go out and walk a mile every day! It’s going to make you look and feel better about yourself. Science has proven that a healthy person is less likely to suffer from depression. Try and replace driving with walking, especially while you are young, as you grow older your metabolism slows down which causes weight gains. Start now, change your lifestyle and have a bigger and brighter future! (Only you won’t be bigger!)
