Did you know that we have a School Site Council? The government mandates that this school council review student academic performance, for which we receive funding in return. The council is responsible for determining how to utilize that money. We have sixteen members working together, behind the scenes of the school council. These people include the principal, five of our teachers, two staff associates, four parents, and four students. They discuss how students can elevate their academic levels and have an improved outcome. The school council is a long-standing tradition that has been around for numerous decades. We need this council on campus because they discuss their plan on how the funding would be used. In the school council, everyone has a voice. Students play an important role in our school for providing us with insights into the dynamics of student learners. With this the school site council provides us with excellent solutions and a supportive future to our scholars in Bell High School.
